Crucial problem with people is having a big belly. It is not pleasant to see a person that has a big belly. Many of us are trying to avoid a big belly but ending up having a big fat stomach. But sometimes the most reason is they could not help themselves to stay away from the food that contains high percentage of fat. Some of their reason is that it takes much time for them to have exercise! Well I call that a lazy big fat stomach.

So here are some tips that can avoid having a big stomach:

Running or jog for 30 minutes and 3 times a week will help you to boost your metabolism order to burn the fat.
Eating breakfast is important! It is because your stomach is empty in the morning. If don’t eat in the morning it will slow down your metabolism.
Drinking skim milk is good, but not the whole milk.
Don’t hesitate to eat you’re a good amount of meals per day. Your body needs energy and the energy comes from our foods. You don’t want to lose weight. Your goal is to have a flat stomach.
Make it sure you drink a lot’s of water it will help to digest properly. Make sure have 6-8 glasses of water.

You have to stop eating 2 hours b4 sleeping.
Eating vegetable and fruits are also required.
Having a meal diet and eat healthy food is necessary!
Strong determination to persevere of losing the belly fat- Eat foods that are whole grain enriched and cut off refined grains like the ordinary white bread.
Cut down total intake of your body- practiced eating in small portions and totally avoiding processed foods and junk snacks. Eat healthy snacks like, fresh fruits, low fat crackers and yogurt.
Always include a monounsaturated fats in your diet- such as avocados, nuts, olives, olive oil, canola oil and many more. Keep track of your intake, since too much of it cause a rise in your calories.
Take off Trans-fat- cookies, pastries, and margarine are the examples.
Eat high soluble fiber foods- these kinds of food are to be in your diet, like apples, oatmeal and cherries.
Have regular exercise daily- do a lot of cardio and indulged in active sports. Like, walking an hour every day, jog around your street and weight training activity. After having been reduced in the belly, you can actually do sit-ups and crunches to tone up the muscles underneath.


Taking up weight training by building a muscle and exercise is the best way to boost your metabolism and best way to have a nice fine flat stomach.

Most people that don’t have exercise and have big stomach are prone to heart attack, stroke and some other heart failure.

A flat stomach is not just to have a good figure that people would admire. Actually if you have a flat belly it means that you’re healthy and away from heart problems.

The most important thing in exercise is it makes your body healthy. There is no secret of having a flat stomach. Just get plenty of exercise!?
